Matthew 17:14-20 CEV Jesus and his disciples returned to the crowd. A man knelt in front of him (15) and said, "Lord, have pity on my son! He has a bad case of epilepsy and often falls into a fire or into water. (16) I brought him to your disciples, but none of them could heal him." (17) Jesus said, "You people are too stubborn to have any faith! How much longer must I be with you? Why do I have to put up with you? Bring the boy here." (18) Then Jesus spoke sternly to the demon. It went out of the boy, and right then he was healed. (19) Later the disciples went to Jesus in private and asked him, "Why couldn't we force out the demon?" (20) Jesus replied: It is because you don't have enough faith! But I can promise you this. If you had faith no larger than a mustard seed, you could tell this mountain to move from here to there. And it would. Everything would be possible for you.
Matthew 17:14-20 LITV And they having come toward the crowd, a man came near to Him, kneeling down to Him, and saying, (15) Lord, pity my son. For he is moonstruck and suffers miserably. For he often falls into the fire, and often into the water. (16) And I brought him to Your disciples, and they were not able to heal him. (17) And answering, Jesus said, O faithless and perverted generation! Until when shall I be with you? Until when shall I bear with you? Bring him here to Me. (18) And Jesus rebuked it, and the demon came out from him; and the boy was healed from that hour. (19) Then coming up to Jesus privately, the disciples said, Why were we not able to cast him out? (20) And Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, If you have faith as a grain of mustard, you will say to this mountain, Move from here to there! And it will move. And nothing shall be impossible to you.
Matthew 17:14-20 GNB When they returned to the crowd, a man came to Jesus, knelt before him, (15) and said, "Sir, have mercy on my son! He is an epileptic and has such terrible attacks that he often falls in the fire or into water. (16) I brought him to your disciples, but they could not heal him." (17) Jesus answered, "How unbelieving and wrong you people are! How long must I stay with you? How long do I have to put up with you? Bring the boy here to me!" (18) Jesus gave a command to the demon, and it went out of the boy, and at that very moment he was healed. (19) Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked him, "Why couldn't we drive the demon out?" (20) "It was because you do not have enough faith," answered Jesus. "I assure you that if you have faith as big as a mustard seed, you can say to this hill, 'Go from here to there!' and it will go. You could do anything!"
Matthew 17:14-20 NWT And when they came toward the crowd, a man approached him, kneeling down to him and saying: 15 “Lord, have mercy on my son, because he is an epileptic and is ill, for he falls often into the fire and often into the water; 16 and I brought him to your disciples, but they could not cure him.” 17 In reply Jesus said: “O faithless and twisted generation, how long must I continue with YOU? How long must I put up with YOU? Bring him here to me.” 18 Then Jesus rebuked it, and the demon came out of him; and the boy was cured from that hour. 19 Thereupon the disciples came up to Jesus privately and said: “Why is it we could not expel it?” 20 He said to them: “Because of YOUR little faith. For truly I say to YOU, If YOU have faith the size of a mustard grain, YOU will say to this mountain, ‘Transfer from here to there,’ and it will transfer, and nothing will be impossible for YOU.”

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
