The Two Witnesses are figuratively two olive trees and two lampstands, standing before the Lord of the Earth. Since this is the time for the assertion of Christ as King, the Two Witnesses are obviously making the message of his Kingship heard; and, leaving it unheard to no person alive... The Little Horn/last head or king, attempting to arise from the seventh and last world power, but only to be destroyed after 3 1/2 years, (Dan 7:25; Rev 13:5) is present as well.
